How Do I Resize Images For Use On Your Website? PDF Print E-mail

This is something you may need to do if your images are REALLY large, for example if they just came from your digital camera.  You will need to make the images smaller in size and dimensions before they can be used on the web.  There are many ways to do this and you may already have some software on your computer to do this.  You basically just need to save a copy of your images in JPEG format and at a size smaller than 500 pixels width & height.

If you don't have software, we can recommend some FREE software that we use and it works great.

  • NEVER GIVE OUT FINANCIAL INFORMATION (bank account number, social security number, eBay/PayPal info, etc.)
  • AVOID DEALS INVOLVING SHIPPING OR ESCROW SERVICES and know that ONLY A SCAMMER WILL "GUARANTEE" YOUR TRANSACTION.
